A few important changes to note about this year’s MPA Directory:
The print version of your MPA Directory will be mailed out to you in the next week to week and a half. Each family will only be receiving one copy of the print directory this year.
We are introducing an online version of the MPA Directory. This new feature is secure and can only be accessed with a user name and password. You can find this new online feature at http://www.moundsparkacademy.org/community/ and by clicking on the Community Directory link. Middle and Upper School families, you may use your PowerSchool log-in information to access this online directory. Lower School families, if you do not know the Lower School login information please contact the Lower School office.
One of the benefits of having an online directory is that this version, unlike your printed one, will always be up-to-date. As soon as the school is made aware of any changes to a family’s contact information, this data is updated and automatically reflected in the online directory.
Should you have any changes to your family’s contact information, please contact your division assistant with that information (Betty Nordling at bnordling@moundsparkacademy.org for Lower School, Janice King at jking@moundsparkacademy.org at Middle School, and Dianne Peterson at dpeterson@moundsparkacademy.org for Upper School.) If you have students in more than one division, you need only contact one of these division assistants in order for them to make the system-wide update.
You are able to print information from the online directory according to your needs. You may search for an individual record and click on the print icon to print that single record. You may click on a letter of the alphabet, click on “display all listings” for that letter, and print the listings for that particular letter. You may also click on a grade, click on “display all listing” for that grade, and print the listings for that particular grade.
