Mounds Park Academy has a group for parents who are interested in learning more about how children learn and the learning differences between children.  They meet six times during the year and either have a presentation, reading or sharing of ideas.  All parents are welcome. 

The first meeting will be held Tuesday, September 11th from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in room 158.  The focus of this first meeting will be a presentation about the Mel Levine workshop that was attended this summer by six faculty members from MPA.  There will also be time to brainstorm ideas of topics for future meetings.  Please join us for a cup of coffee and a good discussion.  Future dates are:  November 13th, January 8th, February 12th, April 8th and May 13th.
