On Friday, October 5th, we had our first pairing assembly of the year. Older students are paired with younger ones, and activities are planned for them to do together while they get to know each other.  Those buddies will be there on Halloween to cheer on the Lower School children as they parade through the halls.  We will see our buddies formally, once again in the winter when we have a reading pairing assembly.  Once the children have met, they eagerly greet each other as they pass in the hall or meet in the library. It is a wonderful way for the two ages to bond and support each other.
