Announcing the Mounds Park Academy Alumni Association Grant Program

The MPA Alumni Association is accepting applications for the annual alumni grant program, now in its third year. To help support and encourage our alumni to take advantage of educational opportunities inspired by MPA's mission of innovation and experiential learning, the MPA Alumni Association developed a grant program that offers a one-time, non-renewable grant of $500. This grant was designed to help assist alumni in research, education, or other matters that demonstrate, among other things, global responsibility and learning.

In the first year, MPA alumni used the grant to support production of an independent film. Last year, the recipient used the grant to support her attendance at a special education conference designed to enhance her classroom teaching skills.
