Ask three core academic teachers to each complete one of the recommendation forms. Grades 7, 8 and 9 applicants please note: one recommendation must be completed
by a current math teacher, for placement purposes only.
Have teachers return recommendation forms directly to the Office of Admission by
fax or by mail. If the applicant does not have three academic teachers, ask one adult who is not a relative but knows the applicant well (e.g. music instructor, coach, religious education
instructor, etc.) to complete and submit the recommendation form. These forms are held in the strictest confidence and will be used in the admission process only and will not be part of the
applicant's permanent academic file nor shared with the parents/guardians or applicant. Ideally these recommendation forms are being completed as soon after January 1, 2014, as possible.
