Breakthrough Twin Cities

Breakthrough Twin Cities (BTC) is a partnership between Mounds Park Academy and Saint Paul Public Schools. It is a challenging academic enrichment program for highly motivated, under-resourced middle school students from Saint Paul Public Schools where all the teachers are high school and college students.

Breakthrough Twin Cities is a tuition-free, year-round program that seeks to prepare students for challenging college preparatory programs and eventually college. The program also recruits and inspires top-ranked, diverse high school and college students to enter the teaching profession.
