Please make sure that your student’s name is on all school supplies:

• 2- boxes of classic-color washable markers (unscented)
• Glue sticks (6 pack)
• 1- small bottle of Elmer’s glue
• 1- 4 pack of Expo dry- erase whiteboard markers
• 2- 2-pocket plastic folders with name on inside
• 1- 3-ring binder (1 1⁄2”) with plastic sleeve on the front and name inside
• 1- pack of 25 count page protectors
• 1- pack of thermal laminating sheets
• 2- rolls of paper towels
• 1- box of Kleenex
• 1- water bottle with NO straw
• 1- full sized backpack
• Gym shoes (Velcro)
• Extra clothes (uniform for school year, regular clothes for summer, socks, underwear)
• Small pillow, stuffed animal, and small blanket for nap
• Small, over-the-ear headphones (w/chord -no Bluetooth)
• 1- family picture
• 1- plain orange t-shirt for CHAMP activities (those who attend on Wednesdays during the school year, not needed for summer program)
• 1- bottle of sunscreen that is free of peanuts and tree nuts (only needed for summer program)

• 1- pack of 4 count Paper Mate Flair felt tip (0.7mm) black pens
• 1- solid colored pencil sharpener
• 2- pack Crayola 24ct pre-sharpened colored pencils
• 1- box Crayola 24ct classic crayons
• 1- Fiskars pointed tip medium (5”) scissors
• 2- pack Crayola 10-pack broad line washable markers
• 6- Elmer’s washable glue sticks
• 1- bottle of Elmer’s glue
• 1- box of facial tissue
• 2- bottles of pump soft soap or foam soap
• 1 box of gallon size plastic bags

Extra items needed:

• 1- extra set of uniform clothing, underwear, and socks (in Ziploc bag labeled with name)
• 1- solid fitted yellow t-shirt for our CHAMP program to be kept at home
• 1 -solid small yellow adult size t-shirt for math activity
• 1 4X6 family photo
• 1 4X6 picture of your k-student
