Lower School Groups Offered

The Psychology department is offereing two groups for lower school students. The first is fondly referred to as S cubed which stands for Skills for School Success. As its name implies it is a group formed to help K-2nd grade students understand the steps involved in making good decisions. This not only helps the child while at school but also extends to home and the community.

The second group, entitled "Family Change Group," exists for all K-4 students who are experiencing a major family change such as separation, divorce or remarraige. These life experiences have a big impact on children and this group provides an opportunity for them to hear about other children who may be sharing some of the same adjustments and feelings.

If you are interested in enrolling your child in either group please contact Lisa Woodruff at MPA.
