The Board of the MPA Parents Association is very pleased to announce a call for grants to support the education and enrichment of the students of MPA. This is a new program that will be offered three (3) times during the academic year. It is available to teachers and staff of the MPA community. Each year the Board of the Parents Association will determine a theme for the grants. Grant proposal should be related to the overall yearly theme.
For the 2006-2007 academic year, the theme for the proposals should be related to the global education and enrichment of the students. The monetary amounts available for each grant period will be predetermined by the Parents Association Board and will be based upon the monies raised from the community building and fundraising events which occur throughout the academic year.
For our first year, the timing for call for grants, grant due dates and award dates will be as follows:
