The MPAPA Board and the MPA Board of Trustees worked together to update the MPAPA By-Laws last spring. Key changes involved the addition of language addressing the use of electronic communication methods, electronic voting, contracts, and PA Board terms. In some cases, changes were made to ensure that the By-Laws accurately reflected how the PA had been operating in recent years. The proposed changes were discussed at the All School PA meeting on Friday, September 7th and hard copies were available for review. The By-Laws and a strike out version have been posted on the PA page of the MPA website. Voting to approve the changes will occur at a future meeting.
