Recycled Treasures

Each year, the MPAPA, coordinates a Fall and Spring Recycled Treasures Drive. These drives collect a wide variety of gently used items including clothing, toys, books and other household items which in turn raise considerable funds for the PA. During the 2006-07 school-year the MPA Community raised $1,200.

During the drives, members of the MPA Community and their friends are invited to bring their donations to the special trailers available on-site at MPA through the Vietnam Vets, Lupus Foundation or the Courage Center.The MPAPA receives a cash payment based on the volume of the donationscollected.

For the 2007 - 2008 school year the Fall Drive is scheduled for September 21, 22 & 23. The Spring Drive will be held May 9, 10 & 12.

A wide variety of household goods are accepted for donation. Please refer to the current listing of items that can and cannot be accepted. Please note, we cannot accept upholstered furniture, microwaves or TV's older than m1995.

All donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
