Please congratulate Christina Berget, Matthew Miller and Geoff Myers who were selected to participate in the Minnesota Music Educator's Association (MMEA) All-State Choir program!  According to MMEA, this year 2,000 students auditioned for the seven different MMEA All-State groups, and 581 students were selected.  They will attend a summer camp at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota in early August.  Christina will sing in the All-State Women's Choir under the direction of Vijay Singh from Central Washington University.  Geoff and Matt, members of the  All-State Men's Choir, will sing under the direction of Diane Loomer who conducts Chor Leoni, "Canada's pre-eminent male choir."  The All-State groups will reconvene in February 2009 at Orchestra Hall to sing for the MMEA Mid-Winter Clinic.
