Congratulations to senior Julia W.   The North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale Rotary Club has recognized Julia as MPA's recipient of the "Student of the Year" award.  Julia will be honored at the Rotary Club's meeting on Friday, March 28, 2008.
