Ever wish you could learn to throw on the potter’s wheel or make a handmade cup to use for your morning beverage? Join MPA’s ceramic teacher and professional potter Lisa Buck for an action-packed workshop on pottery making. Be prepared to get dirty, partake in lively conversation, enjoy a delicious lunch and thrive in the joy of success! Limit six students (adults only!) October 27

A fun, all-ages event and a great way to spend a casual summer evening with friends. Bring your blanket and stretch out in the barn while we watch a family movie at the beautiful Aamodts Apple Farm. August 2
Silent Auction: Cabin on Balsam Lake July 18-22
Enjoy a long weekend in gorgeous Balsam Lake, Wisconsin in this beautifully designed lakeside cabin. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and can sleep 12 comfortably, or 16 using hide-a-beds. It is an ideal home for two families to share a weekend away, or small enough for a family to enjoy on your own. Fish and swim off the dock, play on the Rave water trampoline, soak in the hot tub or make s’mores by the firepit. Just an hour from MPA, Balsam Lake is a hidden gem. Use of two waverunners are included during your stay.
