She started her role on Wednesday, October 12.<\/p>\n<p>This is who Upper School families contact with questions related to daily life on campus including attendance and you may reach her at <strong><a href=\"mailto:cwilliams@moundsparkacademy.org\">cwilliams@moundsparkacademy.org<\/a> <\/strong>or 651-748-5544.<\/p>\n<p>Please give her a warm MPA welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What position will you be holding at MPA?<\/strong><br \/>\nUpper School and College Counseling Administrative Assistant<\/p>\n<p><strong>From what school\/organization are you coming?<\/strong><br \/>\nCrystal Farms Dairy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about your education and past experience.<br \/>\n<\/strong>I attended Anoka Ramsey College and hold multiple certifications in areas such as IT, leadership, customer service, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and more. I am coming from Crystal Farms Dairy where I was an Inside Sales\/Customer Specialist\/Administrative Assistant. Some of the work I was responsible for there included:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Performing administrative duties in support of the President, HR Director, and various departments as needed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Training interns and part-time staff on in-office tasks and company procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Overseeing and proactively managing reception area, mailroom, office supplies, office equipment, and special office projects.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting in developing proposals, presentations, and contracts with the EEO reporting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establishing and maintaining company contacts, staff personnel, and monthly expenses.<br \/>\n\u2022 Boosting organizational communication by developing the company\u2019s communication portal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Scheduling meetings, setting up conference rooms, and coordinating workshops.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What did you find appealing about MPA?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe staff is very welcoming, and the campus is awesome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s your big dream?<\/strong><br \/>\nTo travel the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you (and your family, if you so choose) passionate about? <\/strong><br \/>\nWe enjoy giving back to the community. It started with my grandmother.
