Mr. Dougherty takes over as the facilities manager, and we are pleased to introduce him to our community.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>From what school\/organization are you coming?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nI am coming from Saint Therese Senior Services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about your education and past experience.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nI have worked in various settings, most recently as a maintenance director on a senior living campus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What did you find appealing about MPA?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nMy first maintenance position was at St. Paul Academy, and I miss the culture of a school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What lasting impact do you plan to have on MPA and its students?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nI look forward to being a valued member of the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s your big dream?<\/strong><br \/>\nTo &#8220;retire&#8221; as a fishing guide.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you and your family passionate about?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nI am very passionate about camping and fly fishing in Minnesota and Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s a fun fact about you that our community would love to know?<\/strong><br \/>\nWinter fly fishing in southeast Minnesota is one of my favorite hobbies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to MPA, Mr. Ryan Dougherty!
