Reach New Heights On The MPA Climbing Wall<\/strong>
\nOpen to all ages PreK-12<\/em>
\nBelay on! The MPA climbing wall is open to all skill levels and ages. With MPA physical education teachers as your guides, you\u2019ll receive tips and support to reach new heights.<\/p>\n

New Year\u2019s Eve a la Latina<\/strong>
\nRecommended for Lower and Middle School<\/em>
\nExperience celebrating New Year\u2019s Eve the Latin American way. Learn the vocabulary involved in these celebrations and traditions and re-enact one of them!<\/p>\n

Together, We Sing!<\/strong>
\nRecommended for Middle School<\/em>
\nIn this session, students will learn what it is like to sing in choir at MPA. Students will go through a typical choral class – including warmups, learning about how to read music, and learning to sing a brand new song.<\/p>\n

Coding With Sphero<\/strong>

\nExplore block coding, navigate an obstacle course, and experiment with functions and variables using Sphero Bolt+ robots. This activity is a student favorite during MPA\u2019s Hour of Code Week.<\/p>\n

Computer Science And The Makerspace<\/strong>

\nBeta test and give your feedback on games made by MPA Upper School computer science students! This lesson taught students game design, allowing them to code their own arcade-style video game and controllers.<\/p>\n
