Summer Programs
Summer@MPA is Mounds Park Academy's all-new summer enrichment program with classes tailored to your child's age group. Summer@MPA will feature:
- a PreK program created just for children entering PreK in the fall. This program will be taught by MPA's very own preK teacher Lorraine Anderson, and kindergarten teacher Katy Selb.
- Middle School Adventure Weeks featuring forensics, acting, sports, an "international adventure", and a special adventure week, all taught by MPA's Middle School faculty, who are experts in working with the middle childhood age group.
- an Upper School program with a variety of academic, athletic, and personal enrichment options.

Summer Panther Camp
During the weeks that your child is not in Summer@MPA enrichment classes, Panther Camp provides a fun and safe environment for children ages 4-8. They will spend the day in a nurturing environment while participating in exciting summer adventures. We offer a full-day camp program with flexible daily or weekly care options. Kids will spend the day participating in age-group-specific activities such as arts and crafts, sports, group games, and weekly field trips.
Our program offers different weekly themes that let kids explore nature, science, the arts and so much more. MPA has air-conditioned facilities, a state-of-the art sports center, and a kitchen for cooking projects. We are surrounded by 32 acres of land with a beautiful playground and enough grounds to facilitate all of the outdoor activities. On-campus enrichment includes experiences in musical instruction, artistic direction and even horse-back riding opportunities! Off-campus field trips include regional parks, museums, theaters, zoos, professional sporting events, and amusement parks just to name a few!
Registration for Panther Camp will begin March 7.
There’s always a lot of action at MPA in the summer time. Be a part of it!
