MPA is proud to offer a wide range of enrichment courses designed for students in grades K-9. We know that being involved in afterschool, summer, and extra-curricular activities has a profoundly positive impact on the culture and character of the school. In fact, MPA looks for students who aren't afraid to jump in and explore new things. We know that students consistently perform better academically when they're involved in other parts of the school. They develop broader groups of friends, greater self-confidence, and deeper levels of tolerance and compassion. They become inspired by their experiences and unafraid of taking on new challenges.

Enrichment classes provide inspiration, education, and fun both after school and throughout the summer:

  • During the school year, three sessions per year are typically offered (fall, winter, and spring). Offerings range from karate and golf to drawing and cooking.
  • During the summer, robust summer enrichment weeks offer students the opportunity to extend their learning year-round through engaging classes in the arts, sciences, music, academics, athletics and so much more. The majority of the summer Enrichment Classes fall during two weeks in Juen, with other opportunities spread throughout the summer. Free Panther Care is available before and after summer classes. The schedule for the summer of 2024 will be released in January.
