Indexed Tuition APPLICATION Instructions
Mounds Park Academy partners with Clarity for its Indexed Tuition application process. Clarity offers a streamlined, mobile-friendly application that can be completed in as short a time as 30 minutes.
Mounds Park Academy takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information. For more information, please refer to Clarity’s Privacy Policy.
Based on the financial information you provide in the online application, Clarity provides the school with an estimated amount your family can contribute to educational expenses.
Indexed Tuition Application Timeline For 2026-27 School Year
Application Opened: September 15, 2025
Returning Family Deadline: December 1, 2025 (if you have an additional child in the admission process, your deadline is February 15)
New Family Deadline: February 15, 2026
After these deadlines, Indexed Tuition is offered on a rolling basis as budget allows.

Step 1: Create Your Clarity Account
- To get started, click here.
- Click "create an account," and provide your name and email and set your password.
Step 2: Complete the Clarity Indexed Tuition Application
- You will need to complete one Clarity application per household and all members of each household must be included on the application. Every living biological parent and legal guardian will need to submit their information for an application to be considered complete. The first parent or guardian to complete the Clarity application will have an opportunity to invite parents and guardians from outside of their household to create their own account and fill out a separate confidential application.
- Start with household and applicant information and select the school(s) to which you are applying.
- Complete your financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and debts.
- You are able to save your progress and return at any time.
Step 3: Submit The Clarity Indexed Tuition Application & Pay The Fee
- The application fee is $65 per household and covers all of the Clarity schools to which you are applying.
Step 4: Complete The Clarity Enhanced Tax Verification (ETV) Process
- This will release your W2 and personal tax return transcripts from the IRS. This is a one-time security measure required by the IRS to protect against identity theft and the compromise of personal information. Please review the Clarity Tax Verification Guide for assistance.
- Clarity has found that US taxpayers who have IRS.gov accounts before starting the Clarity Application have a much easier time completing the Enhanced Tax Verification process. This process takes just a few minutes for most users.
Step 5: Upload Required Documents
- Return to your dashboard after you submit your application as Mounds Park Academy requires you to upload additional documents including most recent pay stubs and business tax documents (if you own a business).
Step 6: Receive Your Indexed Tuition Notification
- New Families: If you apply before February 15, 2026, and your child has been accepted to Mounds Park Academy, your family’s Indexed Tuition decision will be announced on March 26, 2026 when your enrollment contract is sent. This timeline also applies to current families who are adding a sibling to MPA. If you apply after February 15, awards will be made on a rolling basis as budget allows.
- Returning Families: Your family’s Indexed Tuition will be announced on February 9, 2026 when re-enrollment opens unless you are adding a new child to the community. If you are adding a new child to the community, your entire family's agreement and Indexed Tuition will be released on March 26, 2026.
