Mounds Park Academy wholeheartedly believes that all students should have the opportunity to dream big and do right and that socio-economic diversity makes our community stronger. To ensure that an MPA education is accessible and affordable to as many families as possible, the cost of an MPA education is reduced through need-based financial assistance for approximately 30% of its families each year. In Lower and Middle School, up to a 50% reduction is possible and in Upper School, up to a 75% reduction. Financial assistance is a gift with no obligation of repayment.

MPA's tuition should not be seen as a barrier to academic rigor with purpose in small classes taught by expert, passionate teachers. With outstanding programming and top faculty, parents find that making this important investment in their child's future results in young people who are confident, composed, creative, and conscientious global leaders and citizens. Students leave MPA with a deep understanding of who they are truly meant to be and prepared to push the limits of their own capacity for innovation, equity, and kindness.

Affordability means different things to different families, but many MPA families find that small changes in their daily lives enable them to afford private school tuition. This was the approach that Dawn Jurkovich, a financial advisor and planner, and her husband, Gary, took when they decided that MPA was the right fit for their two girls. Read how they made MPA possible through some thoughtful and simple adjustments.

The Office of Admission partners with families to share the value of an MPA education and help ensure that it is affordable and accessible. Please call 651-748-5577 or email for more information. We look forward to getting to know your family!
