Introduction
You've Shown How To...
I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our donors and community members, whose belief in the mission of MPA empowers our students to thrive.
This past year, more than 850 donors contributed gifts of all sizes, enabling us to raise an impressive $925,036. A significant portion of these funds, nearly $200,000, was dedicated to the Center for Inclusive Teaching and Learning.
The impact of this generosity is already evident as we continue to build and strengthen this vital resource.
Teachers across all grade levels, from PreK through 12, have been actively engaging with the Center, focusing on enhancing classroom management, flexible seating, differentiated instruction, and other innovative strategies. This collaborative work is not only supporting our educators but enriching the learning experience for all MPA students. I hope you feel a deep sense of pride in what we have achieved together as you read through the 2023-24 MPA Annual Report. Your steadfast support makes the joyful learning and innovation I witness daily at MPA possible. Thank you for your continued commitment to our students and their futures.

I'm most grateful ...
for MPA's progressive and inclusive culture keeping children at the center of all decision making, their challenging curriculum with compassionate teachers and staff and their world class professional communication, visibility and openness about the happenings throughout each day. I see the progress with my children over time and am reassured my wife and I made the right decision to entrust MPA with the growth of all three of our children.

What I learn ...
from my students could fill volumes. I learn to remember to be in the moment, find joy and wonder in the small things, the importance of being flexible and changing course when needed, patience, and that laughter is the best medicine of all.

I love being ...
part of a school community that shares the values of MPA’s mission and whose actions carry it out every day. This energizes me!
