As we prepare to expand our program with dedicated Preschool and PreKindergarten classrooms, we’ve been hard at work bringing this next chapter to life in a way that feels distinctly MPA–joyful, curious, deeply relational, and centered on each child as an individual. |

The expanded program builds upon a strong foundation. MPA is the only independent school and the only PreK-12 school in Minnesota with an Early Childhood program accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Considered the gold standard in early childhood education, NAEYC accreditation reflects a rigorous, two-year process examining curriculum, classroom practices, policies, teacher qualifications, and the overall quality of the learning environment.
Though our second classroom is currently under construction, you don’t have to wait to experience it for yourself. Our upcoming Panther Playdates offer current and prospective families an opportunity to spend time in our Early Childhood program, meet our teachers, and experience MPA’s approach to joyful, curiosity-filled learning firsthand. Join us for our upcoming Playdates on October 3, November 21, and January 10.
