Students may remain at school after 3:00 p.m. for sports, meetings with teachers, co-curricular activities, detentions, and late transportation arrangements, including attendance at Panther Club or Panther Den for after school care. Students who remain at school are expected to behave respectfully and cooperatively and to use their time productively. The library is open and available to students until 4:00 p.m.

Lower School students can remain on campus if they are working with a specific teacher, are involved in an after-school activity, or are attending Panther Club. In each of these cases, a parent or guardian must sign-out their student when picking them up. The Lower School office closes at 4:00 p.m.

Middle School students can remain on campus if they are working with a specific teacher, are involved in an after-school activity or sport, study hall, or are attending Panther Den. After school, middle school students may not roam the building and must be under direct supervision of a teacher or employee. The Middle School office closes at 4:00 p.m.

Upper School students can remain on campus if they are working with a specific teacher or participating in an after-school activity or sport. Those staying for activities should make transportation arrangements well in advance to ensure that rides are available when the activities are over. Students must remain in the location of their activity, the North Lobby, or Hart Commons. The Upper School office closes at 4:00 p.m.
